Marriage Applications - 1 Peter

Peter was an eyewitness to Jesus' miracles, and he wrote two epistles. But he also lived in the earliest years after Jesus’ death on the cross, resurrection from the grave, and ascension into heaven. He was considered an influential elder in the early church but did not consider himself better than any other Christian. Instead, in each Epistle, he tells us that this world would not be our friend and would bring suffering upon us because of our faith.
